Hello! I'm Maggie, and my kitchen is my happy place. I've spent the last four decades perfecting the art of the "Sunday Dessert." As a grandmother to five wonderful grandkids (two of whom have gluten sensitivities), I've made it my mission to ensure no one misses out on a slice of cake. Whether it's a classic coffee cake or a gluten-free pineapple upside-down cake, I believe baking is love made edible.
I didn't go to culinary school; I went to the school of "trial and error" in my own kitchen. Over the years, I've baked thousands of muffins, cookies, and pies. My recipes are written for real home bakers using standard equipment. If I can bake it in my decades-old oven, you can bake it in yours.
