Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170g) Tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Olive oil
- ½ tsp (3g) Salt
- ¼ tsp (1g) Black pepper
- 3 tbsp (42g) Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves (6g) Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (4g) Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels to remove surface moisture.
- Brush each fillet with olive oil and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Spoon the lemon butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the flesh is opaque white and flakes easily with a fork (internal temperature of 145°F/63°C).
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
