Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz / 170g) Tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
  • 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp (2g) garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp (1g) paprika
  • 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove (3g) garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp (3g) fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pat the tilapia fillets completely dry with paper towels and arrange them in a single layer on the sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Season the top of each fillet with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, then spoon the lemon-butter mixture evenly over each fillet.
  3. Bake on the center rack for 10–12 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the flesh flakes easily with a fork. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
