Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170 g) Tilapia fillets
- ½ tsp (3 g) Salt
- ¼ tsp (1 g) Black pepper
- ½ tsp (2 g) Paprika
- 4 tbsp (57 g) Unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves (6 g) Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp (2 g) Lemon zest
- ½ tsp (1 g) Dried parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pat each tilapia fillet completely dry with paper towels to ensure golden-brown edges.
- Place fillets in the baking dish and season both sides evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and dried parsley.
- Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over each fillet, coating the tops entirely.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
