Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz / 170 g) Tilapia fillets
  • ½ tsp (3 g) Salt
  • ¼ tsp (1 g) Black pepper
  • ½ tsp (2 g) Paprika
  • 4 tbsp (57 g) Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves (6 g) Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp (2 g) Lemon zest
  • ½ tsp (1 g) Dried parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Pat each tilapia fillet completely dry with paper towels to ensure golden-brown edges.
  3. Place fillets in the baking dish and season both sides evenly with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, and dried parsley.
  5. Spoon the garlic butter mixture generously over each fillet, coating the tops entirely.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
