Ingredients:

  • 8 oz Sharp White Cheddar
  • 8 oz Creamy Brie
  • 6 oz Manchego
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese
  • 6 oz Prosciutto
  • 6 oz Genoa Salami
  • 4 oz Pepperoni
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots
  • 1/2 cup roasted almonds
  • 2 cups assorted crackers
  • 4 oz fig jam
  • 4 oz Castelvetrano olives

Instructions:

  1. Chill the firm sharp white cheddar in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to ensure clean cuts.
  2. Using pumpkin or ghost cookie cutters, press firmly into the chilled cheddar to create spooky shapes.
  3. Place the creamy brie in the center of the board to serve as the pelvis/base of the skeleton.
  4. Slice the Manchego into thin triangles and arrange them around the board.
  5. Roll the goat cheese into small spheres to create 'eyeballs' for the skull area.
  6. Ribbon the prosciutto and fold the Genoa salami into small roses or circles for texture.
  7. Thinly slice the pepperoni and arrange them as part of the skeletal structure.
  8. Use the assorted crackers to create the central spine and the rib cage silhouette.
  9. Fill the remaining gaps on the board with green grapes, blackberries, slivered dried apricots, and roasted almonds.
  10. Place the fig jam and Castelvetrano olives into small ceramic bowls and position them on the board.
  11. Garnish the board with fresh rosemary sprigs to create a forest-like greenery effect.
