Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170 g) tilapia fillets
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) sea salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves (9 g) garlic, minced finely
- 1 tbsp (4 g) fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp (1 g) dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp (0.5 g) paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure an easy cleanup and to prevent the fish from sticking.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, and paprika until the mixture is fully integrated.
- Place the dried tilapia fillets on the prepared pan. Season both sides lightly with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the garlic herb sauce generously over each fillet, using the back of the spoon to ensure every inch of the surface is covered.
- Bake on the center rack for 10–12 minutes until the fish transitions from translucent to opaque white and flakes easily with a fork.
