Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Tequila Blanco
  • 4 oz mango nectar
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp chamoy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tajín Clásico Seasoning
  • 4 fresh mango cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place the chamoy in one shallow saucer and the Tajín in a second saucer. Dip the rim of each shot glass into the chamoy, then press into the Tajín to coat.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Tequila Blanco, mango nectar, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and hot sauce.
  3. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds until the shaker is well-chilled.
  4. Strain the mixture evenly into the four prepared shot glasses.
  5. Garnish each shot with a fresh mango cube or a tamarind straw.
