- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 (6 oz) tilapia fillets

- 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use paper towels to pat the tilapia fillets completely dry to ensure a seared crust.
- In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, smoked paprika, allspice, garlic powder, ginger, cayenne pepper, sea salt, and black pepper until a thick paste forms.
- Use a pastry brush or spoon to coat the top of each tilapia fillet generously with the spice paste.
- Place the fillets on the baking sheet and top each fillet with a lime slice.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
