Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170g) tilapia fillets
- 1/2 tsp (3g) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1g) black pepper
- 1/2 tsp (2g) paprika
- 4 tbsp (56g) unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves (9g) garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp (2g) lemon zest
- 1 tbsp (3g) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat each tilapia fillet completely dry using paper towels.
- Lightly season both sides of the fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest until emulsified.
- Spoon the garlic butter glaze evenly over the top of each fillet, covering the edges.
- Bake on the center rack for 10–12 minutes, or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and let the fish rest for 2 minutes before serving.
