Ingredients:

  • 4 (6 oz / 170g) Tilapia fillets, thawed and patted dry
  • 4 tbsp (57g) Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp (15ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cloves (12g) Garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp (1g) Dried thyme
  • ½ tsp (1g) Paprika
  • ¼ tsp (1g) Coarse black pepper
  • ½ tsp (3g) Sea salt
  • 1 tbsp (3g) Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 thin Lemon slices

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the tilapia fillets completely dry with paper towels and place them in a single layer in the baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously until uniform.
  4. Drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet and place one lemon slice on top of each piece of fish.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) or the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
