Ingredients:
- 4 (6 oz / 170g) Tilapia fillets, thawed and patted dry
- 4 tbsp (57g) Unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp (15ml) Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cloves (12g) Garlic, minced
- ½ tsp (1g) Dried thyme
- ½ tsp (1g) Paprika
- ¼ tsp (1g) Coarse black pepper
- ½ tsp (3g) Sea salt
- 1 tbsp (3g) Fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 thin Lemon slices
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pat the tilapia fillets completely dry with paper towels and place them in a single layer in the baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk vigorously until uniform.
- Drizzle the garlic butter mixture evenly over each fillet and place one lemon slice on top of each piece of fish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) or the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
