Ingredients:
- 1 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into uniform 1-inch cubes.
- In a large bowl, toss the cubes with avocado oil to ensure every surface is lubricated.
- Sprinkle the sea salt, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper over the potatoes and toss again to coat evenly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the sweet potato cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Roast for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket vigorously every 5 minutes to ensure even browning.
- Remove from the air fryer when the edges are charred and the centers feel tender when pierced with a fork.
